Returns
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Let me know via the contact form or email (the model withdrawal form in the Terms & Conditions can be used), then send the item back unworn in its original packaging within 14 days. Your refund, including the standard shipping cost, is processed within 14 days of your notice.
Return shipping costs are for you. Custom, personalised and engraved pieces (including memorial and pet pieces) are made especially for you and cannot be returned.
Damaged or lost
If something arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days and we’ll sort it out together.
