No — the studio isn’t open to visitors and orders can’t be collected there; everything is shipped. Want to see pieces in person? Come by one of the markets.

Cast pieces are solid 925 sterling silver made from recycled silver. Electroformed pieces are copper — sometimes silver-plated, sometimes bare copper, or a mix of both. Every product description lists exactly what the piece is made of.

Solid 925 silver suits most people. Bare copper can occasionally leave a harmless green mark on the skin. Check the materials on each product page and send me a message if you are unsure — I’m happy to advise.

Download and print the Vøid ring size guide (PDF). Place a ring that fits on the circles, or use the paper strip. Print it at 100% and check the 5 cm bar with a ruler first.

Yes! Your own idea, or a personalised piece with a photo, text or symbol. Have a look at the Custom Orders page.

Only a small amount is needed — about a teaspoon. After we have agreed on the design, you send it in a sealed bag or small container by registered mail (or hand it over at a market by appointment). The ashes are handled with the greatest care, and anything not used is returned to you together with your finished piece.

Sharp daylight photos from the front, both sides, the back and above, a close-up of the face and markings, and ideally a short video walking around your pet. The better the references, the closer the likeness.

Store it dry, take it off for swimming, showering and sport, and polish gently with a soft cloth. The Jewelry Care page has all the details.
